O Que Procuramos?
JavaExperiência sólida com AWS: Profundo conhecimento nos principais serviços AWS, como EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, e EKS;Automação de infraestrutura com AWS: Uso de ferramentas como AWS CloudFormation e Terraform para provisionamento e gestão de infraestrutura;Monitoramento e Logging no AWS;Segurança na AWS: Implementação de boas práticas de segurança, incluindo AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), controle de políticas de segurança, criptografia de dados (KMS), e gerenciamento de VPCs, subnets e grupos de segurança;Gerenciamento de containers e orquestração: Experiência com Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) e/ou Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS);Storage e banco de dados em AWS: Uso de serviços como RDS, DynamoDB, S3 e EBS para garantir armazenamento seguro e eficiente;Jenkins: Experiência com configuração e gerenciamento de pipelines de CI/CD utilizando Jenkins, incluindo integração com repositórios de código e automação de deploys;Banco de Dados – Postgres: Proficiência em administração de bancos de dados PostgreSQL, com foco em otimização de queries, gerenciamento de backups e restaurações, e ajustes de performance;CloudWatch: Domínio das funcionalidades do Amazon CloudWatch para monitoramento de métricas e logs, configuração de alarmes e dashboards, e resposta a incidentes em tempo real;Grafana: Experiência com a criação e manutenção de dashboards personalizados no Grafana, integrando diferentes fontes de dados (como CloudWatch e Prometheus) para visualização e análise de métricas;

Como SRE Sênior, suas principais responsabilidades incluirão:
Responsável por garantir a alta disponibilidade, confiabilidade e desempenho das aplicações e sistemas da empresa. Atuará na construção e manutenção de infraestruturas escaláveis e seguras, com foco em automatização e monitoramento contínuo;O papel também envolve colaboração próxima com times de desenvolvimento para a resolução de problemas em produção, otimização de processos, e implementação de práticas de DevOps;Monitorar e garantir a performance e estabilidade de sistemas críticos para o negócio;Automatizar processos de deploy, manutenção e monitoramento;Colaborar com desenvolvedores na detecção de falhas e otimização de performance;Implementar e gerenciar ferramentas de observabilidade;Responder a incidentes e propor soluções de melhoria contínua;Conduzir análises de causa raiz e criar planos de mitigação para problemas recorrentes.
