Missão do Cargo Liderar a engenharia da Solid, garantindo alta performance, qualidade técnica e previsibilidade nas entregas . Será responsável por desenvolver o time (8+ devs) , definir padrões de engenharia e QA e atuar hands‑on em temas críticos como performance, integrações e uso de IA . Responsabilidades Liderar e desenvolver o time técnico Conduzir avaliações e planos de crescimento Garantir padrões de engenharia e QA Supervisionar testes, integrações e automações Integrar soluções com IA e otimizar performance Requisitos Experiência em liderança técnica Conhecimento sólido em banco de dados, APIs e automações Capacidade de usar IA generativa no desenvolvimento Diferenciais Experiência com Back4App Criação de pipelines de QA/testes automatizados Vivência com clientes internacionais e enterprise Condições Bônus trimestral por performance 100% remoto , com reuniões em inglês Curtiu o desafio?
