For the expansion of our local entity Sécheron do Brasil, that provides sales support services for customers in Brazil and South America, we are seeking to hire in São Paulo a dynamic and motivated Invoicing & Logistics Assistant. Responsible for tasks in both invoicing and logistics areas, including issuing tax documents, preparing orders, organizing inventory, and supporting the movement, dispatch of goods, sales and operation. Invoicing Issue electronic invoices and other fiscal documents Calculate taxes and fees applicable to each transaction Monitor billed orders and follow up on the billing process Update stock movements and record invoiced product reductions Expedition / Logistics Assist in sorting, packaging, and verifying products for shipment Organize and prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring product integrity and safety Supervise the loading of trucks and other transport vehicles Issue and verify invoices and shipping documentation to authorize dispatch Track delivery progress and report any delays or issues Other Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and expedition operations Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Operations, Logistics, Cost & Expense Control) supporting commercial offers, project management, freight, and billing Ensure compliance with fiscal and transportation regulations Provide support to the Import/Administrative Department Serve as backup for colleagues when needed/applicable Requirements Technical education / diploma in accounting, finance, administration or related fields 5 years experience in billing and shipping required Highly skilled with ERP systems and Excel Hands‑on profile with proficiency in issuing tax documents and invoices Good understanding of tax and fee calculations/regulations Strong organizational and inventory control skills Detail‑oriented mindset with solid organizational habits English proficiency level: reading and writing skills Benefits We foster flat hierarchies and direct communication, enabling quick decisions and strong collaboration across all levels.
