Senior Recruiter (Fully Remote, Worldwide) Bitfinex, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruitment and partner with global teams. Job Description Your Day‑to‑Day: Full‑cycle recruitment – manage end‑to‑end hiring for technical and non‑technical roles. Talent strategy & sourcing – leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks. Candidate experience – ensure a seamless, high‑touch experience. Innovative recruitment practices – continuously explore new tools and trends. Collaboration with hiring teams – align hiring needs with business objectives. Data‑driven decision making – use analytics and KPIs to track success. What You Bring 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience. Global recruitment experience across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, automation, ATS systems. Experience in fast‑paced environments. Data‑driven mindset using recruitment analytics. Preferred CET timezone or flexibility. Experience in Cryptocurrency or Blockchain space (preferred).
