Main responsibilities: Understanding and researching retail environments and their opportunities. Weekly field visits to stay up to date with field innovations, competitor activities, and general market checks. Frequent participation in multifunctional meetings to define strategies for each retail environment. Constant work with suppliers in the development of new disruptive point-of-sale materials. Annual material production planning and channel budget management Manual monitoring of materials implemented in the field, for the main campaigns and categories. Effectively guarantee the execution of point-of-sale materials, meeting the demands of the field, always in line with the company's strategies. Work effectively to create point-of-sale materials that are sustainable, avoiding discards and waste of resources. Ensure efficient management of the quarterly Budget for the production and shipping of these materials, which must be used strategically.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree. Progressive experience in the commercial area (Marketing or trade marketing or sales or In Store). Experience in Pharma Channel in In Store. (Desirable). Intermediate English.
