What We Are Looking For
As a Senior Compliance Manager your role will involve ensuring that our operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, managing risk, offering legal advice, reviewing contracts/communications and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.


What You Will Work On

  1. Provide expert legal advice and support to various departments
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  3. Monitor and analyze changes in legislation affecting the iGaming industry, ensuring the company adapts accordingly
  4. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements, corporate governance and industry standards
  5. Handle litigation and dispute resolution, working closely with external legal teams as necessary
  6. Respond to official consumer protection channels such as Procon and Consumidor.gov
  7. Support the ombudsman team in drafting responses to complaints
  8. Conduct compliance training for employees
  9. Collaborate with other departments to align legal strategy with business objectives
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors
  11. Manage and mentor the compliance team, fostering a collaborative and proactive compliance culture

What You Bring

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance within the iGaming or gambling sector
  3. In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance frameworks
  4. Experience with consumer protection agencies such as Procon
  5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  8. Certification in compliance (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) is a plus
