Channel Manager for Latin America

As a seasoned professional in payments and fintech, you will support our strategic partnership initiatives in the region. Your role includes managing partner relationships, new market entry strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing banking relationships across Latin America to drive regional growth.
  • Onboarding and maintaining new card channels and payment partnerships in the Latin American market.
  • Coordinating with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams to meet operational requirements.
  • Researching jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements to inform new market entry strategies.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to track partner performance and identify opportunities.
  • Providing operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
  • Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.
  • A good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required; English proficiency is also a must.
  • Interest or prior experience in crypto/digital assets is a plus.
