You are vital in navigating moderate to highly complex sales opportunities by engineering technical solutions that deliver clear business value. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of current technologies, including cloud computing and enterprise architectures, to guide key integration strategies. You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, advising them on the evaluation and adoption of advanced technical products. If you excel at resolving complex technical challenges and translating detailed technical knowledge into tangible client success, this is your opportunity to make a substantial impact as a trusted technical consultant and solution architect**You Will:*** Strategically partner with the Customer Cloud Sales Team to qualify opportunities and identify key customer technical objections.* Architect client solutions and devise strategies to resolve technical obstacles, meeting complex business/technical requirements.* Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, trainings, bid responses, solution briefings, and PoCs.* Identify and respond to key client technical objections, offering expert, tailored guidance for successful resolutions.* Directly use Customer Cloud products to demonstrate, design, and prototype integrations in customer/partner environments.* Develop and deliver compelling product messaging on advanced technical value, using methods like presentations, demos, white papers, and RFI responses.
