Open Positions Frontend Engineers - Building intuitive user interfaces with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies Backend Engineers - Developing robust Java services, APIs, and microservices with Spring Boot, Quarkus, and cloud-native technologies Full-Stack Engineers - Bridging frontend and backend development to deliver complete end-to-end solutions Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making Ensure code quality through testing and best practices Work with modern technologies including containerization, cloud platforms and AI Contribute to the open source community Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews Technical Qualifications 6+ years of experience in software development Backend: Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Java EE, Jakarta EE, Quarkus, databases Full-Stack: Combination of frontend and backend technologies Experience with Git, modern build tools, and development workflows Understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices Experience with API development and integration Soft Skills & Remote Work Requirements Self-Discipline & Time Management: The ability to manage your own schedule, set priorities, and stay focused without direct supervision is essential for meeting deadlines and delivering results. Accountability: Taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, ensuring you deliver high-quality work without constant oversight. Adaptability: The ability to adjust to new tools, processes, and schedules is crucial in a dynamic remote environment. Self-Motivation: You must be able to motivate yourself to perform your duties effectively and make the mental shift from \"home\" to \"work\". Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote setting.
