Join to apply for the Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry role at Nexer Telescope . Sweden needs skilled engineers, and this role focuses on recruiting IT engineers to work in Sweden and supporting their relocation.

As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, build trust, and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish management to support relocation.

Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will work with colleagues across multiple countries and be part of a team that helps engineers and their families build a new life in Sweden. Responsibilities
  • Source, engage, and assess IT engineers for opportunities in Sweden.
  • Build trust with candidates and communicate the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics with the Swedish delivery management team (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Collaborate with international recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden.
  • Ensure a high level of service and identify the best solutions to recruitment challenges.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset and the ability to find the best solution for the challenge.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, friendly, outgoing, and highly motivated.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to use refusals as motivation to improve.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Professional appearance and responsible communication.
Job Details
  • Location: Remote (work from home) or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Employment type: Full-time; Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Start: ASAP; Minimum 12 months.
  • Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Holidays: Paid national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days.
  • Travel, housing, and per diem: Paid as part of relocation support.
