As anAccount Manager – BU Manager, you will act as the driving force behind our expansion in Brazil.You’ll be responsible for building our market presence, developing a portfolio of strategic clients, and leading a team of Junior Business Developers. Your mission is to scale revenue, establish Little Big as a key player in Brazil, and ensure operational excellence across all activities.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Launch & Strategic GrowthDefine and execute the go-to-market strategy for BrazilOpen and grow strategic accounts in targeted industriesAdapt Little Big’s value proposition to local market needs and positioningClient Development & Key Account ManagementDrive acquisition of major enterprise clients and expand relationships with existing customersLead the full commercial cycle: prospecting, RFP responses, proposal creation, and complex negotiationsRepresent Little Big at the highest level with C-level and procurement stakeholdersBU Leadership & Team ManagementHire, coach, and manage a local team of Junior Business DevelopersSet performance targets and lead the team to achieve collective goalsInstill a high-performance, collaborative, and ownership-driven cultureTalent Network Development & Delivery OversightBuild a local community of freelancers and consulting firmsOversee expert-client matching and mission delivery qualityEnsure successful execution from contracting to delivery, supported by internal teamsPerformance Tracking & GovernanceMonitor KPIs: revenue, margin, project pipeline, closing rates, team performanceDeliver regular reports and business insights to global leadershipEnsure full compliance with legal, financial, and operational standardsProfileMaster’s degree from a top business school, engineering school, or university3 to 7 years of experiencein B2 B business development, consulting, or strategic sales, ideally in international or digital environmentsProven track record inmarket development and client acquisitionStrong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teamsStrategic thinker with strong execution capability; data- and result-drivenFluent inPortugueseandEnglish;Frenchis a plusSolid knowledge of digital tools and B2 B sales practices (CRM, automation, AI)
