We are Blaze, the fastest-growing casino in LATAMA great opportunity for a highly experienced **Finance Director** to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.Your responsibilities will include:- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards- Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our financial processes- Liquidity risk management, observing the rules contained in specific regulations on- payment transactions- Has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in senior finance roles- Has in-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards- Demonstrates strategic thinking and strong business acumen- Is a strong communicator with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills- Is results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)- Experience in accounting or finance, with focus on the iGaming industry, preferably CPA- Familiar with the requirements of the Central Bank of Brazil**Benefits**- Remote work- Paid time off
