**Post description**
Within ASN's Oil & Gas Business Unit, the Oil & Gas Project Management department is responsible for coordinating project execution, being the decision-maker and operational contact for clients after the project, negotiating contract variation, managing schedule and progress activities across all O&G projects and execute all reporting and related matters in regards of project operational and financial performance.
**Missions**:
Within the Oil & Gas Projects department, the Deputy Project Manager has following main responsibilities under Project Manager supervision:
- He/she prepares and organizes communications and reporting related to the project such as Monthly Reports, Minutes of Meetings etc.
Being based in Rio he/she manages/coordinates the day-to-day communication with customer team that is also based in Rio.
- He/she supports the Project Manager in organizing all internal and external project meetings as appropriate (such as Project Team Meetings, Contract Coordination Meetings etc.).
- He/she ensures that contract requirements are understood and addressed by project team.
- He/she manages all contractual aspects of the project as well as all contract administration aspects in general:
- Prepare all CVs and certificates of acceptance;
- Drive the invoicing process and respect of the payment schedule, with assistance as necessary from the Project Financial Controller;
- Manage the tax and duty issues with the support from the International Tax Manager;
- Coordinate the registration and approval process for the mobilization of personnel on and offshore with the support of HR Department;
- Coordinate the importation process of project goods with the support of Logistic Department.
- He/she prepares and manages all co-contracts/teeming agreements with third parties involved in the Contract.
**Wanted profil** Experience**
- Experience as contract manager or deputy project manager of at least 5 years on Subsea Production Systems (SPS) or SURF EPCI project with Petrobras.
**Skills/Competencies**
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally;
- Fluent in English
- Mastering of O&G EPCI contract terms & conditions;
- Ability to analyse, challenge & summarize commercial information and implications;
- Ability to negotiate in an international environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and within time stress;
- Sense of diplomacy;
- Teamwork;
- Flexibility & adaptability;
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering;
