Responsibilities- Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, produce, and publish content across regional platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Local Trends & Cultural Relevance: Develop engaging content strategies based on local cultural insights, trending topics, and user behavior to boost visibility and interaction.
- Social Media Management: Oversee official accounts, monitor performance metrics, and refine strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Campaign Execution & Influencer Collaborations: Launch creative campaigns (e.g., challenges, livestreams, influencer partnerships) to drive growth and conversions.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion), generate reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Partner Network Development: Build and manage relationships with KOLs/KOCs, agencies, and external collaborators to amplify brand presence.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful execution.
- Education & Language Proficiency: Bachelor's degree or higher. Business-level English is essential — you're working with a global organization and across international teams.
- Professional Experience: Experience in social media operations or digital marketing, preferably with strong knowledge of the local market.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of major local social media platforms and user behavior, with a proven track record in content planning and execution.
- Influencer & Campaign Collaboration: Experience working with KOLs/KOCs or planning brand campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Analytics & Data Interpretation: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Cultural Awareness & Trend Sensitivity: Strong local insight and ability to quickly identify and integrate trending topics into content.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional, international teams.
- Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
