Marketing/Social Media Specialist - Remote About the Role: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing/Social Media Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing our social media channels, and increasing brand awareness through engaging content and campaigns. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and has a passion for data-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage and grow all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create compelling, shareable content (graphics, videos, infographics, and written posts). Plan and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry news to keep our strategy fresh. Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum impact. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts across platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketer . Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills . Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt strategies in real time. Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize campaigns. Preferred (But Not Required): Experience in healthcare or dental marketing . Basic knowledge of email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Video editing or photography skills.
