Our goal is to be the leading provider of exciting technology that improves the quality of mobility in communities around the world.Responsible for preparing, scheduling, conducting, and evaluating training programs. Create/update literature and materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance delivery of training. Conduct training on the Clever Devices software product suite.Primary Responsibilities:Prepare, schedule, conduct and maintain technical training programs.Lead Trainers to deliver successful training to agencies.Deploy training for targeted personnel.Prepare training material and classroom agenda.Conduct and deliver technical trainings, presentations and webinars.Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).Assist in the design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.Manage the training program in accordance with business needs.Skills and Qualifications Required:Presentation skills.Presenting technical information.10+ years technical training experience or equivalent.Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and communication skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize.Bachelor’s Degree.Experience using Microsoft Office.Ability to travel to other customers or corporate offices.Ability to commute daily to training office.
