We are looking for ahands-on Analytics Engineer Specialistto join ourOperational Risk team. This role is central to shaping and scaling ourOperational Risk Database (BDRO)globally, while driving innovation inquantitative non-financial risk management.
If you have a strong background indata engineering, analytics, and stakeholder leadership—and are passionate about using data to transform risk strategies—this role is for you. You'll help build arobust risk culturethat not only ensures regulatory compliance but also leveragescutting-edge practicesto fuel sustainable growth.
Your mission: deliver aregulatory-compliant BDROthat evolves into aglobal risk data platform. You'll lead on architecture, dataset design, controls, indicators, and models that enable smarter, data-driven decision-making across risk teams worldwide.

You`ll be responsible for

• Lead thedesign, development, and global rolloutof the Operational Risk Database, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal frameworks.
• Assess and enhanceBDRO architecture, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Translate complex data models intoclear, structured datasetsthat meet regulatory standards.
• Design and implementdata quality controlsand governance mechanisms.
• Integrate multiple data sources to createkey indicators and risk models.
• Providetechnical leadership and mentoringto junior team members.
• Championtechnical excellence and best practiceswithin the team.

We're Looking For a Person Who Has

• Strong foundation inanalytics engineering, data modeling, and advanced analysis techniques.
• Experience withBig Dataand large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency inPython, Scala, or similar languages.
• Solid understanding ofdeployment pipelinesand CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience withdata platforms and tools(e.g., Databricks, AWS, Soda).
• A solid grasp of risk management principles and the skill to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable strategies is a plus.

Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or two weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
