CLAIMS HANDLER

We are looking for a lawyer with previous experience between 1 and 3 years working in an insurance company, law firm, or related field to manage marine recovery claims against diverse opponents for various types of cargo. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop their professional career in a fast-paced company. Analyze the factual elements of a specific case. Elaborate and submit reports promptly to ensure that all the clients receive timely updates on their claims. Negotiate settlements with claimants or third parties. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Minimum 1 to 3 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field. Fluent or Native English (mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
