Overview

Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry at Nexer Telescope. The role focuses on recruiting engineers for Sweden and assisting with relocation and settlement processes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior headhunter to find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and with the executive management team in Sweden.
  • Work with the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
  • Coordinate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment efforts with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Support engineers and their families in building a new career and life in Sweden, upholding Telescope's values of joy, trust, and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outsourcing/offshoring.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient and capable of turning a "no" into an opportunity.
  • Driven for success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Job Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
  • Work hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote working from home or a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, per diem, and national holidays with maintained payment.
