To drive business growth by effectively promoting and selling air compressors, auxiliary equipment, and industrial cooling systems within the assigned territory. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell air compressors, auxiliary systems, and industrial cooling equipment within assigned territories. Conduct regular client visits to monitor activities, strengthen relationships, and identify new opportunities. Source prospects through direct outreach, industry networks, consultants, and financial institutions. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored equipment recommendations and technical support. Prepare quotations, proposals, layout drawings, and coordinate with sub-contractors when needed. Supervise installation progress and ensure proper documentation is handed over for ongoing service. Plan weekly sales activities, report lost orders, and support payment collection when required. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales capabilities. Maintain responsible use of company assets and contribute to competitor analysis and market insights. Organize customer seminars to promote solutions and strengthen brand presence Experience Requirements: Proven track record in achieving sales targets within assigned product lines and territories. Strong ability to pursue leads, promote solutions, and close deals with professionalism. Skilled in coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. Capable of providing timely reports and market insights to support business decisions. Excellent relationship-building skills with key customers and stakeholders. Flexible and proactive in supporting cross-product promotions beyond core offerings Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Technical background or experience in industrial equipment is an advantage.
