Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manages and organizes schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  2. Prepares and distributes internal and external correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
  3. Maintains accurate records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval.
  4. Oversees general office operations, including ordering and managing supplies.
  5. Maintains a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  6. Compiles and prepares data for reports, presentations, and projects as needed.
  7. Provides assistance to managers and team members with administrative needs.
  8. Handles phone calls, inquiries, and communications with professionalism.
  9. Provides backup support for other administrative functions as needed.
Job Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations (at least 6 months to 1 year).
  2. Knowledgeable in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  6. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
