Sabre Corporation launched Sabre Direct Pay, an innovative payments hub designed to maximize value from every transaction. Sabre Direct Pay allows our clients to pay anyone, anywhere, and integrates seamlessly into their current workflows with the goal to change how travel payments are handled today for the benefit of our customers.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and activation of Sabre Virtual Payments customers.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure excellent service, timely project delivery, and continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to add value and simplify processes for customers.
  • Manage implementation activities for all SDP customers, including complex accounts.
  • Coordinate product customizations with the product team to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Train customers on the solution and reporting tools.
  • Ensure successful first transactions to confirm customer activation.
  • Occasionally manage second-level support.
  • Support SLAs and response time measurements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in payments or banking industry is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Background in technology implementations.
  • Knowledge of Payments and Travel Payments.
