What will you be doing?This is an exciting role where you will be supporting our US team and could travel to our US and UK offices.Respond to queries in JIRA Helpdesk and oversee the efficient resolution of project deliveryManage fieldwork performance and escalate issues with the suppliers when necessaryAdvising sales and research teams on best practice and product concernsWorking with key delivery suppliers around the world, including our offshore Delivery team in Bulgaria and expert sample providers, translation and data processing/charting agenciesWork closely with the sales and research teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer deliveryIdentify and resolve challenges and issues within the delivery operations process and keep instruction documents updatedThis role will be working in English, regardless of location of the customer or supplier
You need to be this kind of person:Happy working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with changes as they arise.Confident communicating at all levels, both internally and externally and liaising with other operational teams on project progress.Ability to manage relationships with 3rd party teams.Happy working collaboratively as part of a team and building great working relationships across the company while being the first point of contact for colleagues on individual projects.Confidence to train and brief new team members.Able to prioritise workload and be resourceful in solving problems with a drive for results.Positive and conscientious, with a flexible approach to work displaying honestly and integrity in everything you do.Eager to learn new skills, products, and processes and keen to build on existing experience.Able to remain calm and focussed under pressure.Ability to define key issues and provide supporting detail to reach resolution.Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot common delivery issues, with great attention to detail and very organized.Ability to understand projects from end to end and manage all related tasks.Ability to carry out targeted analysis of datasets.
You need to have the following experience:Must haveStrong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)Three to five years’ work experienceUnderstanding of Project management principlesAble to work on shift of 10am - 8pm (TBD)Basic experience with ticketing systems (JIRA etc) and Microsoft Office suiteNice if you haveExperience working for a US-based teamTwo years’ experience in a role with a customer-focussed mindsetBachelor’s degree in business, international relations, or a related field
