**Collaboration and Culture**:
Aspiring to enhance our team dynamics and collaboration, we meet twice weekly in Niterói or Rio Centro. Our culture is built on honesty, open communication, and a supportive environment. We're not just seeking professionals with exceptional technical skills; we're looking for leaders who can embody these core values, ensuring punctuality and maintaining high standards through industry best practices.
**Role Expectations**:
We're on the lookout for a Senior Team Lead who is proficient in.NET, React, and Angular, backed by at least five years of project leadership experience. You are intimately familiar with industry best practices and can lead a team consisting of experienced Backend and Frontend developers. Your role goes beyond coding; it's about fostering a collaborative spirit, guiding our team with integrity, and contributing to our overarching mission.
**What You'll Do**
**Technical Leadership**:
- Lead development projects with your expertise in.NET, React, and Angular.
- Drive the team towards achieving project milestones, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Participate in bi-weekly in-person meetings for strategic planning and team building.
- Collaborate closely with Swiss partners and clients, enhancing our international relations.
**Contribute to Our Mission**:
- Play a pivotal role in growing our team and enhancing our community efforts.
- Support our mission and commitment to social impact.
**Application Process**
**Compensation**
We offer competitive salaries, recognizing the difference from larger corporate structures. Additionally, bonuses are available for team members who contribute to our growth by introducing new talent.
**Location**: Niterói or Rio Centro, Brazil

**Meetings**: Twice weekly in-person, online with Swiss partners and clients
**Languages Required**: English (Proficiency in German is a plus)
