**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Delivery Manager (mid/senior level) to join our dynamic team. As an IT Delivery Manager at Cloud++, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects and/or Services, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our clients, sales team, and technical teams to deliver IT solutions and drive continuous improvement.**Responsibilities and Attributions** Responsibilities**:- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects or services from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.- Team Leadership: Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and innovations to enhance delivery e:iciency and activeness.**Requisites and Qualifications** Requirements**:- Experience: Proven experience in IT Delivery or similar role.- Education: Bachelor’s or Master degree- Safety requirement: Must be able to get a VOG (verklaring omtrent gedrag) from the dutch government.- Skills:- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. - Excellent client management and communication skills.- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Good consultancy skills to understand what the customer needs are and able to translate and document this.- Eye for details and good documentation skillsAcreditamos que a tecnologia está moldando o mundo.
