Responsibilities Desenvolvimento e apresentação de Business Review aos clientes Responsável direto pelo relacionamento com o cliente, entrega dos serviços (operações) e alcance das expectativas dos clientes Compartilhamento de informações operacionais, estratégicas e táticas que ofereçam suporte ao desenvolvimento, retenção e crescimento do negócio Liderar as equipes de suporte interno de forma direta, clara, consistente e objetiva Trabalhar de forma eficaz e eficiente com as equipes de suporte interno, externo e clientes Avaliar, comunicar, acompanhar e monitorar continuamente as expectativas dos clientes e o nível de serviço prestado Responsável por ajustar e modificar adequadamente os processos para garantir a entrega adequada aos clientes Servir de elo entre a BCD M&E e os clientes, intermediando as necessidades dos clientes com as equipes de suporte interno Conduzir reuniões com os clientes e realizar visitas periódicas Trabalhar de forma independente na ausência de seu líder direto Don’t forget to notify your manager before hitting apply.
