Startup organized by one of the most well-known salespeople/stockbrokers in the world. Project detailsBuild a state-of-the-art voice agent that can close sales using the Straightline method, and a platform to manage all of the customer’s contacts. The platform will be flexible to many verticals and types of customer data and integrate with many CRMs to provide massive value to customers. Our multilingual voice agent will follow complex scripts using an agentic workflow and custom persuasive voice to close sales better than most humans on a global scale. Your TeamFlat Structure. What\'s in it for youInterview process that respects people and their time Professional and open IT community Internal meet-ups and resources for knowledge sharing Time for recovery and relaxation Bright online and offline events Opportunity to become part of our internal volunteer community ResponsibilitiesBuilding a self-service workflow execution system to handle a wide range of customer needs from calling/texting/emailing customers on a cadence Implementing conditional logic for workflow nodes Applying per-customer rules based on the status of each lead (qualified, disqualified, needs a callback) Implementing a dynamic call queue with predictive dialing Building a CRM-agnostic integration layer SkillsStrong software engineer with decent AI experience building chat or voice-based products, whether assistants or customer service agents. QualificationsHas built and operated agentic workflows applying LLMs to complete tasks in production Preferred QualificationsLivekit Experience using STT/TTS products, interruptions, VAD Langchain for flexible agentic architectures Experience using evaluation frameworks (Langsmith, Deepeval, etc) Experience measuring and optimizing latency RAG + vector databases Multilingual voice systems Other requirementsLove of building Curious, collaborative, low ego 5+ years of experience Startup experience, ability to operate in ambiguity Impact-oriented, flexible to whatever work needs to get done Bought into the value of automated testing Strong communicator, surfaces issues early Takes initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
