RESPONSIBILITIES

· Conduct interviews with users and stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities.

· Map user journeys and create personas.

· Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

· Ensure consistency in the user experience based on user-centered design principles.

· Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and other project stakeholders.

· Present and justify design decisions based on data and UX best practices.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design for digital products.

· Proficient in tools such as Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems).

· Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

· Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.

· Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.

· Proactive, autonomous, and focused on practical, feasible solutions.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects.

· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

NICE TO HAVE:

· Advanced Spanish will be a plus

· Experience with project management tools like ClickUp.
