**Project manager**Home Office / Full time / Only English CVs / EST working hours- “ScrumLaunch is a Los Angeles based product innovation studio. We work with leading brands and high growth startups to design and build great products._**Requirements**:- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Software development (Web&Mobile projects);- Business-oriented person with a mindset suited to product management;- Practical knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP);- Strong background in developing project workflows;- Experience in project estimation and task prioritization under tight deadlines;- Proficiency in Web and Mobile technologies;- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, JIRA, etc.;- Advanced English proficiency.**Responsibilities**:- Initiate new projects and implement efficient project management processes;- Identify project needs by interviewing project stakeholders;- Create project and task requirements;- Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.- Managing/ prioritizing the project backlog;- Market research and competitive analysis;- Project team management (Design, Development, QA);- Contribute to improving PM processes for ongoing projects;- Balance project scope and timeline to deliver optimal solutions;- Resolve issues and conflicts effectively;- Be available to communicate with customers in PST/EST time zones;- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective people management;- Meet and exceed client expectations;- Onboard and train new team members.**We offer**:- Opportunity to grow as an expert;- Flexible working conditions;- 12 days of paid vacation;- 10 sick days and off days;- Friendly and open-minded team;- English classes**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:- Rio de Janeiro, RJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
