Let's do this togetherWe are currently seeking a dynamic and inquisitive Senior Software Engineer based in Latin America (LATAM) with strong technical skills in .NET and Azure. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and organizational dynamics.The Project:
You will join the USIR (United States Information Reporting) team, responsible for integrating new requirements into the US IR file within a large-scale tax platform. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and follows microservices architecture. The environment uses a combination of open-source tools, licensed software, and custom internal tools to support provisioning, deployment, logging, and monitoring.You'll work closely with development and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires cross-team collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize core processes and support smooth product releases.We're looking for a candidate who can navigate cross-team collaboration and help drive improvements in core processes to support smoother product releases.Technologies:
Proficiency in .NET Core.Proficiency in the Azure Cloud (or AWS, GCP)Event Hubs, Service Bus or similar.Container Apps, Function Apps, App ServicesStorage Accounts, CDN, etc.Subscriptions, Resource Groups,App Insights, Log AnalyticsRBAC, Managed Identities, SPNs, App RegistrationsStrong background in Microservices architecture.Familiarity with GitHub Actions or similar.Familiarity with cloud automation, especially infrastructure automation. Ideally, experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or similar tools (e.G., ARM templates, Terraform, or Pulumi).Hands-on experience with Docker.Database skills with Azure SQL, MongoDB, SQL, and Cosmos DB.Comfortable exploring Infrastructure as Code (IAC), Developer Experience (DX), UI, and architecture as necessary.Familiarity with widely used Azure resources, including ASB/Event Hub, AKS/ACA (desirable), Storage Account.Nice to Have:
Experience in application security for large-scale platforms and familiarity with:
