**During your day as a Team Lead and Scrum Master you will**:
- Act as an escalation point to ensure that client requests are addressed and that solution delivery is executed to the customer's satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain current client relationships.
- Actively manage and grow accounts.
- Collaborate with a distributed team (across US and Brazil) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to deliver high-quality services to customers.
- On-board new team members, provide mentoring and guidance to members of the consulting and support teams. Ensure the entire team follows consulting best practices.
- IT consulting background with a strong customer service culture;
**As a Team Lead you need**:
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally in English;
- Strong leadership skills, past work experience, and competence in managing the delivery of complex consulting projects;
- Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical skills, creative problem solving, and negotiation skills;
- Solid experience in leading technical teams (Developers);
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master
- Positive attitude;
- Problem solving skills;
- Solid organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to cultivate partnerships and build consensus.
- Experience prioritizing and coordinating work on multiple projects simultaneously with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and get things done with practical results
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team collaborating with an international team (US + Brazil)
- Experience with international projects is a plus
