EU Sustainability Expert We are seeking a seasoned legal expert to join our team in the realm of EU sustainability and circular economy legislation. About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project that requires expertise in EU environmental, sustainability, and circular economy legislation. The selected candidate will be part of a pool of experts who will be contacted during the implementation of the project when needed. The role involves analyzing EU circular economy-related legislation and assessing its implications for partner countries, providing legal input for policy reforms, project design, investment proposals, and compliance support. Key Responsibilities: Assess the impact of EU circular economy legislation on partner countries Provide expert legal input for policy reforms, project design, and investment proposals Support EU Delegations and partner governments with legal interpretations and regulatory gap analysis Draft briefs, guidance notes, and legal assessments Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Law, European Studies, Environmental Law, International Trade Law, or a related discipline Minimum 7 years of professional experience in EU environmental, sustainability, or circular economy legislation Excellent written and analytical skills Benefits You will have the opportunity to work on a challenging project that makes a real difference in the field of EU sustainability and circular economy legislation.
