Senior Director, Supply Chain

Our supply chain team builds world-class systems to ensure we bring the best the Coca-Cola system has to offer. We’re looking for someone that is as passionate about supply and operations as we are.**This position will focus on six primary areas**:**Steward the relationship** with McDonald’s and Franchisees, manage Customer relationships with key McDonald's/IDL Supply Chain leadership across multiple countries and cultures. **Assure delivery of the perfect pour** to the consumer through the design, training and delivery of unique quality improvement programs. Includes ensuring, together with partners, full maintenance of our compliance programs in line with Coca-Cola, customer and regulatory requirements. **Build collaborative relationships with internal partners** including the operating unit’s Technical & Customer teams, bottlers, R&D and within the account team, to develop strategies, build business plans and ensure efficient and effective delivery against objectives. **Lead the development and delivery of innovation** in both product and equipment, ensuring McDonald’s receive priority innovation. **Ensure Assured Supply,** including partnering with BU on robust risk assessment/contingency plans and working with TCCC internal partners and external suppliers on continual supply chain optimization. **Lead delivery of sustainability** and productivity solutions for this customer and across the food service space.**Organization impact/influence**:- Establishing Collaborative Working Relationships: Developing and using collaborative relationships for the purpose of accomplishing work objectives; developing relationships with other individuals by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others' efforts.- Building Value-Based Relationships: Generating alliances internally and externally by continuously identifying and acting on those things that will create success for the Company and its customers, bottlers, suppliers, communities, and governments.- Exerting Personal Influence: Persuading others to support or agree with an idea, issue or position.- Communicating for Commitment: Inspiring and engaging others by communicating in a compelling manner with words and actions; builds buy-in and commitment, listens with empathy, fosters open lines of communication, communicates with impact and ensures ongoing commitment.**Functional skills**:- Supply chain design in support of aligned new business opportunities. Calculate impact investment required and long-term profitability of new ideas.- Decide on requirements for new product/equipment/package innovation as requested by markets (Customer or OU’s), review if it is aligned with greater objectives and supply chain capabilities and if not define alternative solutions.- Joint ownership of Supply Chain operating budget to support quality, innovation or assured supply to achieve yearly business objectives.- Propose and drive quality improvement opportunities requiring investment from the Customer. Drive continual quality improvement and consumer satisfaction culture with teams.- Inform business units where there are gaps in assured supply models and provide recommendations on solutions.**Basic Requirements**:- ** Languages**: Full English Proficiency, Spanish & Portuguese.- 10-15 years’ experience working in supply chain with strong customer experience.- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or other technical degree.- Previous experience should also demonstrate the ability to build consensus and make decisions.- Bottler or Business Unit operational experience required in operations, commercialization or supply chain preferred.- Role requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.
