Role Summary Global Talent Acquisition - GTM at Yuno – Remote (Brazil), Full‑Time, Mid‑Level / Individual Contributor. Our team of experts in the payments and IT industries builds a high-performance payment orchestrator, giving companies access to top payment capabilities and allowing them to engage customers confidently and manage global business operations seamlessly. Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Go‑to‑Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Technical Support), from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Support global team expansion by hiring across Latin America, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. Build and maintain a strong network of high‑quality sales professionals through LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and job boards. Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals, team structure, and culture. Provide market insights on salary benchmarks, competitor hiring strategies, and talent availability to inform recruitment decisions. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and consistent representation of the company’s values. Contribute to employer branding initiatives across regions to strengthen talent attraction. Qualifications Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales recruiting with massive roles in different regions. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
