Garantizar que la experiencia de nuestros usuarios (compradores o vendedores) al contactarse con el centro de atención al usuario sea única y diferencial. Brindar soluciones efectivas y de calidad a nuestros usuarios, agregando valor a quienes utilizan nuestros servicios. Trabajar proactivamente en la detección de oportunidades de mejora en nuestra operación de Customer Service, flujos, procesos y en la comunicación al usuario. Ser estudiante de los primeros años en carreras administrativas: Administración de Empresas, Ecnomía, Ingenierías o carreras afines. Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar en jornada parcial de 6 horas. Contar con experiencia en atención a clientes, es deseable. Ser parte de una compañía con espíritu emprendedor en la que nos encanta pensar en grande y a largo plazo.
