Billing Analyst I

**Job Description Summary**: Biller will play a key role in supporting business growth, maintaining the highest controllership level, focused on Invoicing Process for GE Celma and GEES Consignment entity, NF management and issuance, provide financial reports, metrics, analysis and contribute for associate projects, including CSA, Local-CSA & T&M process, Warranty analysis and focused on LEAN initiatives.**Essential Responsibilities**- Responsible for invoice issuance activities within assigned customer’s portfolio.- Ensure timely issuance of shipping & payment invoices, maintaining accurate records and controls.- Manage all documentation gathering from the shipping & project management teams, ensuring highest controllership from a revenue recognition standpoint.- Warranty invoicing process..**Qualifications/Requirements**- Bachelor's in Accounting, Economy or Administration.- Experience in Billing Process, NF-e, OAR, IBS, account receivables and SAP.- Fluency (speaking, reading, writing) in English.**Desired Characteristics**- Knowledge of accounting principles/practices.- Strong understanding of GE Aerospace billing processes.- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.- Strong oral and written communication skills.GE Aerospace is a company that promotes equal opportunities in its recruitment and selection process.
