Estamos em busca de um(a) Project / Delivery Manager para atuar com um de nossos principais parceiros no setor de EdTech , colaborando com projetos inovadores que envolvem Inteligência Artificial. Esta posição é ideal para profissionais com paixão por entregar valor real , liderar equipes multifuncionais e promover resultados concretos em ambientes altamente colaborativos e dinâmicos.

Responsabilidades
  • Liderar todas as fases do ciclo de vida dos projetos: Iniciação, Planejamento, Execução, Monitoramento e Encerramento.
  • Garantir entregas no prazo, dentro do escopo e com a qualidade esperada.
  • Ser o elo principal entre stakeholders, clientes, e a equipe interna.
  • Aplicar metodologias ágeis como Scrum e Kanban para conduzir entregas incrementais de alto valor.
  • Manter atualizados os planos de projeto, KPIs, relatórios de progresso e estratégias de mitigação de riscos.
  • Conduzir cerimônias ágeis, reuniões de alinhamento e retrospectivas.
  • Identificar e resolver impedimentos de forma proativa.
Requisitos Obrigatórios
  • 4+ anos de experiência como Project Manager ou em funções similares com foco em entrega de produtos digitais.
  • Proficiência comprovada em Scrum, Kanban e metodologias ágeis.
  • Experiência no uso de ferramentas como Jira , Trello ou similares.
  • Forte capacidade de comunicação interpessoal e liderança colaborativa.
  • Fluência em Português e Espanhol (obrigatória).
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado .
Diferenciais
  • Certificações como CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP ou equivalentes.
  • Conhecimento técnico de APIs , serviços de backend ou plataformas de nível corporativo.
  • Familiaridade com o ciclo completo de desenvolvimento de software (SDLC ).
  • Experiência como Product Owner ou envolvimento direto com times de produto e engenharia.
