The Duff & Phelps, a Kroll business Fixed Asset Management and Insurance Solutions' practice provides fixed asset inventory reconciliation, management and property insurance appraisal.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop expertise and assist Project Managers with real and personal property valuations for all purposes through comprehensive training.
- Assist Project Managers in fixed asset inventories for buildings, machinery and equipment, infrastructure, land, and land improvements.
- Develop knowledge of services American Appraisal provides and concepts relating to appraisal industry as well as accounting.
- Learn proprietary software and other valuation resources provided by company
- Develop an understanding of accounting and insurance capital asset valuation, using the methodology and techniques defined from Brazilian and international standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation on all assignments.
- Develop fortnightly report hours and expenses.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- Desenvolver conhecimentos e auxiliar gerentes de projeto em avaliações de ativos imobilizados para todas as finalidades.
- Auxiliar gerentes de projeto em inventários de ativos fixos para edifícios, máquinas e equipamentos, infra-estrutura, terras e benfeitorias.
- Desenvolver o conhecimento dos serviços prestados pela Duff & Phelps e conceitos relacionados com a indústria de avaliação, bem como de contabilidade.
- Aprender sobre as ferramentas e recursos de avaliação e inventário disponibilizados pela Duff & Phelps.
- Desenvolver uma compreensão sobre contabilidade e avaliação de ativos, utilizando técnicas e metodologias definidas pelas normas brasileiras e internacionais.
- Manter de forma organizada e detalhada toda a documentação e informações sobre os projetos executados.
- Elaborar quinzenalmente relatórios de horas e despesas.
- Executar outras tarefas relacionadas conforme atribuído.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Graduated (or studying) Engineering, Accounting or related technical fields.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel is essential.
- Desirable knowledge of the English language

- Conhecimento na utilização do pacote Office e excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita.
- Disponibilidade para viagens constantes é indispensável.
