Oportunidade Coordenador de Projetos SAP Business One.

IMPORTANTE: Residentes de São Paulo Região Metropolitana e ABC e é mandatório ter conhecimento com coordenação de SAP Business One.

✅ Missão:

Coordenar todas as fases de um projeto, desde o planejamento até a conclusão, garantindo que as metas e objetivos sejam alcançados de maneira eficiente e eficaz. Manter a comunicação clara e fluída com o cliente para alinhar as expectativas, prazo e rentabilidade esperada pela ALFA, bem como reportar as necessidades e imprevistos ao superior responsável.

✅ Principais atividades:Implantação de Novos Projetos:

Organizar a agenda diária e validar os indicadores da área de projetos, se estão atingindo o prazo e rentabilidade esperada pelo cliente.Garantir que há integração entre as áreas do projeto, para melhor fluidez da programação.Validar a necessidade de alocação de recursos.Realizar reuniões com o time, a fim entender a necessidade dos projetos.Aplicar testes na base do sistema do cliente, a fim de mitigar os erros.Manter comunicação constante com stakeholders, informando sobre o progresso e gerenciando expectativas, assim como negociar os prazos.Elaborar a estratégia junto com o cliente para realizar a go-live, de forma eficiente que não prejudique a rotina do mesmo.Elaborar planos de projeto detalhados, incluindo escopo, cronograma e recursos necessários.Atribuir tarefas, definir responsabilidades e garantir a colaboração eficaz.Resolver conflitos internos e externos, garantindo o alinhamento com os objetivos do projeto.Identificar e mitigar riscos, ajustando o plano conforme necessário.Avaliar e coordenar efetivamente mudanças no escopo do projeto.Implementar processos para lidar com alterações de requisitos.Garantir que os padrões de qualidade sejam mantidos ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto.Coordenar a entrega dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.Criar e manter documentação abrangente, incluindo relatórios de status e outros registros pertinentes.Conduzir revisões pós-implantação e avaliações de projetos para identificar áreas de melhoria.Reportar a evolução do projeto para o líder imediato.Manter o projeto em conformidade de acordo com as normas do PMO.
