Job Overview

We are seeking experienced sales professionals responsible for achieving sales targets within designated accounts. The role involves establishing and executing sales and business plans to support the patient journey and effectively position Novartis and its brands.

Major Responsibilities
  • Drive sales, promotion, and development within assigned accounts to meet commercial goals.
  • Develop customer strategies and action plans, aligning on objectives and executing them.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Understand customer needs thoroughly and propose solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare strategic and tactical plans, contribute insights, and manage stakeholder mapping.
  • Manage sales/business plans for designated client base, with potential team management responsibilities.
  • Report any product-related complaints or adverse events promptly.
  • Distribute marketing samples where applicable.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Sales revenue and growth in designated accounts.
  • Operating budget management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Work experience in sales, with team management experience preferred.
