Business Partner Manager LATAM This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in human capital strategy and operations. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Partner Manager to lead our human capital initiatives in LATAM. This individual will partner with departments to drive strategic support across the full team member lifecycle, from hiring to development to offboarding. Responsibilities Partner with designated departments to provide strategic support across the full team member lifecycle. Lead tier 1 team member relations investigations and resolution processes. Drive performance management by coaching leaders on feedback practices and accountability measures. Support job design and organizational planning. Collaborate with internal centers of excellence partners to execute business programs. Analyze business data and KPIs to guide decision-making. Champion company culture through team member engagement initiatives. Coach leaders through change management efforts. Serve as a project lead or contributor on enterprise business initiatives. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR related experience. At least one year of supervisory/management experience. Competencies & Skills The ideal candidate will possess: Strong knowledge of HR practices and Brazilian employment laws. Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable handling sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
