A Snypse é um hub de mídia e tecnologia que conecta marcas, agências e plataformas digitais em um ecossistema de Sales as a Service. Buscamos um Sales Manager (Level 2) com experiência consolidada em vendas de mídia digital e adtech, perfil hunter/farmer equilibrado, e capacidade de gerenciar e expandir contas estratégicas dentro dos principais grupos de agências. Este papel exige visão estratégica, relacionamento sólido com o mercado e domínio técnico de performance, atuando com MagFi Ads, SmootAI. Tasks Gerenciar e expandir contas médias e grandes, com investimento anual acima de R$ 1,7 milhão. Manter e desenvolver relacionamento direto com grupos de agências Big Six (WPP, IPG, Dentsu, Havas, Publicis e OMG). Prospectar novas oportunidades em marcas e agências, ampliando share e penetração por indústria. Apresentar e comercializar soluções de mídia digital como MagFi Ads (Telegram Ads) e SmootAI (AI Rich Ads). Planejar e conduzir defesas comerciais, apresentações e roadshows junto a executivos e brand managers. Acompanhar performance de campanhas e resultados junto aos times de operações e clientes. Elaborar propostas, PIs e relatórios de KPIs e ROI. Colaborar com a liderança comercial na definição de estratégias por vertical e novos negócios. Requirements Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência em vendas de mídia digital, performance, adtech ou publicidade. Carteira de clientes ativa e relacionamento sólido com os principais grupos de agências Big Six. Capacidade comprovada de gerenciar contas acima de R$ 1,7 milhão/ano. Domínio técnico em métricas de mídia digital (VTR, CTR, ER, Brand Lift, performance). Excelência em comunicação, negociação e relacionamento estratégico. Perfil analítico, foco em resultado e autonomia comercial. Inglês intermediário/avançado para interação com times e clientes LATAM.
