- Support community occupancy and sales goals through direct engagement with various Arvum communities
- Manage lead database with accurate data entry and analysis to develop sales strategies
- Conduct tours and follow-up communication with prospects and families to convert inquiries into appointments
- Provide timely and accurate customer information regarding pricing and new deposits
- Collaborate with community teams to prepare for new resident arrivals and ensure outstanding first impressions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three years' experience in a multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
- At least three years of sales experience in the senior living sector
- Must be able to travel frequently (75-100%)
- Strong understanding of competition and ability to incorporate that knowledge into sales strategies
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in a senior living context
- Familiarity with marketing communications and promotional materials
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
