Responsibilities
  • Support community occupancy and sales goals through direct engagement with various Arvum communities
  • Manage lead database with accurate data entry and analysis to develop sales strategies
  • Conduct tours and follow-up communication with prospects and families to convert inquiries into appointments
  • Provide timely and accurate customer information regarding pricing and new deposits
  • Collaborate with community teams to prepare for new resident arrivals and ensure outstanding first impressions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
  • At least three years of sales experience in the senior living sector
  • Must be able to travel frequently (75-100%)
  • Strong understanding of competition and ability to incorporate that knowledge into sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in a senior living context
  • Familiarity with marketing communications and promotional materials
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
