You will be responsible for:

1. Analyze, draft and negotiate agreements on various themes, with EBANX's merchants, partners, clients and others; covering a broad scope of legal specialties;
2. Provide a high-quality legal service to all internal clients;
3. Establish what needs to be done to solve an internal client’s problems as soon as possible;
4. Participate in the growth and development of the area;
5. Advise on legal matters, covering a broad scope of legal specialties, such as general civil/contract law, international negotiations, and others;
6. Support management with strategic data and information;
7. Draw up contracts and other legal documents.

Main requirements for this position:

1. Experience as a Lawyer;
2. Experience on contracts and consulting, either in law firms or in-house;
3. Advanced English and Spanish.

1. Proficiency in some of the following areas: general payment agreements, intellectual property, private international law, LGPD;
2. Data-driven analysis skills;
3. Strategic approach to agreements;
4. Teamwork as a main value;
5. Ability to work in tight deadlines, without damage to the technical quality;
6. Mandarin is highly valued.
