Industrial Project Implementation Specialist

Overview As an Implementation Engineer at TRACTIAN, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining cutting-edge Condition-based Monitoring (CbM) solutions for industrial clients. You will work with Reliability teams to ensure that best practices in asset management and predictive maintenance are effectively implemented. You will lead the project implementation from initiation to Go-Live, ensure seamless system integration into manufacturing and industrial environments, and conduct alignment meetings with clients to define deadlines and deliverables. Responsibilities Project Management: Manage all project stages, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met within the specified timeframe Client Alignment Meetings: Conduct alignment meetings with clients, define deadlines and deliverables, and ensure quality of project implementation Technical Asset List Review: Review the technical asset list to ensure all necessary information is available for a safe and effective project Process Mapping: Map the client’s operations to identify KPIs, key users, and internal champions to drive adoption Master Field Installation Plan: Develop a technical reference document that guides installation, prioritizes sensor placement, and includes applicable regulatory standards Structured Handoff: Ensure a well-structured handoff process transferring information to internal teams for long-term project success Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance implementations and provide feedback for product development Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics, Automation) Strong knowledge of Maintenance and Reliability Project Management Solid troubleshooting skills with expertise in real-time monitoring Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement Excellent communication skills for client training and documentation Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, MTTA, among others) Proficiency in Project Management Software and methodologies (MS Project) Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot) Bonus Points Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish Seniority level: Entry level #J-18808-Ljbffr
