Digital Customer Engagement Manager Position Work as a digital customer engagement manager in our organization, leading customer-facing projects and initiatives to drive growth and improvement. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective engagement strategies that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud solutions, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being an asset. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital engagement strategies that align with business goals Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing projects on time and within budget Analyze customer data to inform engagement decisions and improve outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and ability to form the big picture quickly before surmising a path to a solution Benefits: Opportunity to work on multiple projects and develop diverse skill sets Chance to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to team success A dynamic work environment that fosters growth and learning
