Job Title: Compliance & Banking Partnerships Manager/Director (Brazil)

Your responsibilities include:

  • Regulatory Licensing : Drive VASPs license application and strengthen regulatory positioning in Brazil.
  • Partnership with Leadership : Collaborate with our Chief Banking Officer and Brazil team to align strategy and execution.
  • Compliance Enhancements : Bring AML, crypto, and compliance expertise to support products, operations, and processes.
  • Hands-on Approach : Balance day-to-day compliance and operations with strategic responsibility for licensing and regulatory relationships.
  • Growing Partnerships : Support and expand banking partnerships across Brazil.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A strong background in AML/compliance—ideally in payments, fintech, crypto, or banking.
  • Direct experience working with regulators and banks in Brazil.
  • The ability to operate seamlessly at both managerial/strategic and hands-on execution levels.
  • A solid understanding of crypto regulations and market practices in Brazil.
  • Resourcefulness, proactivity, and enthusiasm for building in a global, fast-moving startup environment.
