Job Summary
Algumas atividades do dia a dia:
- Realizar atividades de reporte de dados (Ex.: Projeto, Financeiro, Logística, riscos de não atendimento da entrega) em projetos, provendo as informações demandadas, atualizando cronogramas, elaborando relatórios, fazendo os contatos necessários, registrando e atualizando ações em sistema ERP, a fim de contribuir atendimento das demandas da equipe de negócios.
- Realizar análise detalhada, mediante supervisão eventual, de FOL (Forecast on Line), P&L (Profit & Loss) e QVA (Quote vs Actual), apontando as divergências encontradas.
- Realizar aprovação e análise de impacto, mediante supervisão eventual, de ECO (Engineering Change Order), apontando anomalias identificadas.
- Gerir informações de clientes relativas a itens de cadastro sistêmico, emissão de cotações de serviços, pedidos, ordens de compra, evolução do faturamento e custos de produtos, níveis de produção e entrega, e pagamento, de acordo com os contratos firmados e/ou planos vigentes dos mesmos, tomando ações corretivas, preventivas e/ou informativas.
- Prestar suporte administrativo nos procedimentos de preparação do preço dos produtos, “true-up”, variação cambial e “claims”.
- Compilar dados para estudos sobre desempenho das entregas, planejamento e controle das vendas.
- Participar, conforme demanda, de conferences calls e/ou reuniões com os envolvidos em projetos correntes (Ex.: aréa de Engenharia, área de PCP), a fim de coletar e prover todas as informações necessárias/demandadas.
A experiência que estamos buscando acrescentar em nosso time:
- Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia ou Ciências Contábeis ou Ciências Econômicas;
- Inglês Avançado;
- Excel Avançado;
Desejável:
- Noções de Excel/VBA;
- Noções de US GAAP;
- MBA em Finanças.
