Role Overview Join as the Design Lead | eCommerce & Print at eStoreLabs , a data‑driven eCommerce powerhouse dedicated to helping global brands build online sales. We focus on measurable results through customized, performance‑based strategies and empower our creative team to supercharge client brands and drive customer acquisition. Role Description Quality & Consistency Assurance – Oversee projects to meet the highest visual and technical standards, ensuring resolution, colour accuracy, file format, and brand guideline compliance. Team & Process Management – Delegate tasks strategically, structure efficient workflows, monitor progress, and balance team capacity to meet deadlines consistently. Development & Mentoring – Provide regular, constructive feedback; share knowledge to foster designer growth and independence. Leadership Communication – Act as a bridge between departments (Operations, PMs, Clients) to facilitate constructive discussion and manage feedback professionally. Project Ownership – Manage various design projects, sharing expertise with clients and project participants. Proactive Problem Solving – Identify content‑related and UX issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions that drive projects forward. Requirements Documented senior or lead design management experience in e‑commerce. Fluent in English (minimum C1). Exceptional precision and strict brand book compliance. Strategic problem solving balancing business goals with UX needs. Strong organisational skills and adherence to deadlines. Professional, proactive approach and clear, assertive presentation of designs. Must Have Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop. Excellent use of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Experience with e‑commerce projects for e‑retailers. Expertise in DTP and print preparation. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint. Nice to Have Familiarity with Adobe XD. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for design purposes. Insight into the latest design trends, UX/UI. Experience with PIM/DAM tools and task tracking systems.
