Responsibilities:

  • Define technical architectures for new products and legacy systems.
  • Lead the development team, ensuring standards, quality, and efficiency.
  • Oversee platform governance: performance, security, versioning, and continuous integration.
  • Conduct code reviews, proof of concepts, and technical validations with business areas.
  • Support the technical team’s growth by promoting training, best practices, and innovation.

Requisitos:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development (multiple languages and architectures).
  • Minimum of 3 years of development experience with OutSystems, acting as a technical reference or architect.
  • Full proficiency in the platform technologies: Traditional Web, Reactive Web, and Mobile
  • Expertise in complex integrations (REST, SOAP, external databases, federated authentication, legacy systems)
  • Fluent in English
  • Completed undergraduate degree
  • Experience in platform governance: defining standards, component reuse, auditing, and best practices
  • Deep knowledge in performance tuning, security, scalability, and modularization of OutSystems applications.
  • Experience with DevOps for OutSystems (Lifetime, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, advanced logging).
  • Strong expertise in relational databases (modeling, tuning, complex queries).

Desirable Requirements:

  • OutSystems Professional Web Developer
  • Certifications in software architecture, security, or DevOps
  • OutSystems Architecture Specialist
  • Previous experience as an architect or technical lead in low-code platforms.
  • Knowledge in UX/UI to guide best design practices within the platform.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Participation in quality programs or Centers of Excellence (CoE) for OutSystems.
